We offer competitive compensation based on education level:

Bachelor's Degree: $23 - $27 per hour
Master's Degree: $28 - $32 per hour

At The Community Lighthouse, we believe in empowerment through education and training. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) to qualifying clients in their homes, schools, and communities. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and facilitating team meetings as needed
Assessment, support, and intervention in crisis situations
Providing support and coaching in areas such as socialization skills, developmental issues, and daily living skills
Engaging individuals in achieving treatment goals
Completing required documentation
Attending agency meetings and trainings as required

Minimum requirements for this position include:

Minimum of 21 years old
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university
One year of relevant experience working with children and families
Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules, training, supervision, and meetings
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
Reliable transportation
Ability and willingness to engage in moderate day travel
